    Robotic right colon resection offers similar oncological outcomes to laparoscopic surgery, with reduced blood loss but longer operative room time. This robotic approach is safe and effective for colorectal cancer treatment.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To compare short-term surgical and oncological outcomes of robotic right colon resection versus laparoscopic approach.
