Brain MRI Findings in Severe COVID-19: A Retrospective Observational Study

Severe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients without ischemic infarcts showed varied brain MRI abnormalities, including medial temporal lobe signal changes and white matter lesions. These findings correlated with more severe clinical presentations and intensive care unit admissions.
