Summary

Primary thyroid lymphomas, rare neck cancers, are often slow-growing. Radiotherapy is the most effective treatment for these non-aggressive tumors, with most patients showing positive outcomes.

  • To present the epidemiological features, treatment, and prognostic factors of primary thyroid lymphomas.
  • To review the clinical course of four patients diagnosed with this rare condition.

  • Retrospective review of four primary thyroid lymphoma cases.
  • Diagnosis confirmed via fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) or surgical excision.
  • All patients received chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
