Potential of iterative reconstruction for maxillofacial cone beam CT imaging: technical note

Iterative reconstruction shows promise for low-dose maxillofacial cone beam CT (CBCT). A total variation minimization (TV) regularized ordered subsets convex (OSC-TV) method reduced radiation dose and metal artifacts in clinical tests.
