Diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) shows promise for noninvasively assessing cervical carcinoma (CC) invasion depth, grade, and lymph node metastasis. This advanced MRI technique, using kurtosis (K) and diffusivity (D) values, outperforms ADC in differentiating tumor characteristics and metastasis.
