Silent sinus syndrome (SSS), organized hematoma (OH), and pneumosinus dilatans (PD) are rare maxillary sinus diseases. New diagnostic criteria combining medical history, endoscopic, and radiologic findings can improve diagnosis and reduce patient morbidity.
