Understanding hyper-reflexia in acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN)

Generalized hyper-reflexia in acute motor axonal neuropathy (AMAN) may stem from immune-mediated damage to spinal inhibitory interneurons. This study investigates the pathophysiology of hyper-reflexia in AMAN following Campylobacter jejuni infection.
