Summary

Pediatric ocular adnexal lymphoma (OAL) is rare, with extranodal marginal zone lymphoma being the most common type and generally having an excellent prognosis. However, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and anaplastic large cell lymphoma subtypes are associated with poorer outcomes.
