COPD Comorbidities Predict High Mortality - Asthma-COPD-Overlap Has Better Prognosis

Patients with asthma-COPD overlap (ACO) have significantly better survival rates than those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Poor lung function and multiple comorbidities negatively impact survival in both groups.
