Rare Pediatric Vaginal Granular Cell Tumor: A Case Report

A rare vaginal granular cell tumor (GCT) was diagnosed in a 9-year-old girl, the youngest reported case. Complete surgical resection is the recommended treatment for vaginal GCTs.
