Background:

• To evaluate the effectiveness of total hip arthroplasty (THA) in improving quality of life and functional recovery.
• To assess THA outcomes in patients who developed post-traumatic OA and AVN after acetabular fracture surgery.

• Retrospective review of 23 patients who underwent THA for post-traumatic OA and AVN of the hip.
