Congenital atrichia with papular lesions causes total body hair loss from birth due to a hairless gene mutation. This rare condition presents with hair absence and keratin-filled cysts, impacting the scalp and skin.

- Histopathology revealed multiple keratin-filled cysts within the upper dermis.
- Hypoplastic hair follicles were noted in the upper dermis, consistent with the alopecia.
