Extensive Lung Resection for Nontuberculous Mycobacterial Lung Disease With Multilobar Lesions

Extensive lung resection (ELR) for nontuberculous mycobacterial lung disease is safe and feasible, similar to simple anatomic lung resection (SALR). ELR may offer better disease control for patients with widespread lung involvement.
