Selective Retina Therapy (SRT) effectively treated subretinal fluid (SRF) associated with choroidal nevus (CN) in a case study. Repeated SRT sessions led to SRF resolution and maintained good visual acuity over 60 months.

- Selective Retina Therapy (SRT) was administered multiple times over 21 months.
- SRT led to gradual resolution of SRF, with leakage cessation at 21 months.
- Complete SRF resolution occurred at 31 months, with no malignant transformation and BCVA of 0.22 logMAR at 60 months.
Implications:
- SRT demonstrates potential as a therapeutic option for SRF associated with CN.
- Further clinical studies are warranted to optimize SRT treatment protocols for this condition.
