Intradiploic Hematoma Associated With Synostosis in an Infant

Intradiploic hematomas, rare skull lesions, are presented in the first reported case associated with synostosis and in a female infant. This study details the clinical, radiological, surgical, and pathological features of this unique intraosseous hematoma.
