  • A nomogram showed fair ability to estimate 5-year dementia conversion risk (AUC 0.763).

Conclusions:

  • Factor analysis-derived cognitive profiles can predict dementia conversion in early Parkinson disease.
  • Frontal/executive dysfunction is a key contributor to dementia development in PD.
  • These cognitive profiles can aid in risk stratification and management of PD patients.
