Analytical performance specifications based on the state-of-the-art for the newborn screening

Newborn screening (NBS) laboratories can now use state-of-the-art total error analytical performance specifications (TE APS) to set quality standards. These TE APS, derived from EQA data, address the lack of existing Milan consensus models for NBS measurands.
