Summary

Glans injury during ritual circumcision is a rare complication. Prompt surgical correction, especially with urethral repair, yields good functional and cosmetic outcomes, preventing secondary hypospadias.

    • Injuries ranged from partial to complete glans amputation, with 6/8 having simultaneous urethral injury.
