This study shows that a triple surgical procedure safely improves vision and lowers intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with neovascular glaucoma (NVG) and dense cataracts. The treatment significantly enhanced best corrected distant visual acuity (BCDVA) and reduced IOP over two years.
