Syntactic processing in L2 depends on perceived reliability of the input: Evidence from P600 responses to correct

Second language (L2) speakers process correct input differently based on their own grammar. Native-like processing, indicated by event-related potentials (ERPs), only occurs when L2 speakers suspect input errors.
