Anti-neutrophil cytoplasm antibody (ANCA) testing is valuable for specific conditions like ANCA-associated vasculitis and anti-GBM disease. Routine ANCA testing is not recommended for many other disorders, with exceptions for certain autoimmune liver and inflammatory bowel diseases.
