Summary

Pathologic nipple discharge (PND) evaluation shows ductoscopy offers superior diagnostic accuracy for breast cancer detection compared to MRI and cytology. While ultrasound and mammography are cost-effective initial choices, ductoscopy proves more effective in identifying malignancy in PND cases.
