Heterophile antibody interference associated with natural killer cell therapy

Natural killer (NK) cell therapy can cause falsely elevated parathyroid hormone (PTH) and thyroglobulin levels due to heterophile antibody interference. This interference can persist for up to 12 months post-treatment.
