C/EBPβ isoforms sequentially regulate regenerating mouse hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells

CCAAT enhancer-binding protein β (C/EBPβ) isoforms regulate hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell (HSPC) regeneration after stress. Sequential upregulation of C/EBPβ isoforms, LIP and LAP/LAP*, fine-tunes HSPC proliferation and myeloid differentiation during recovery.

- Distinct temporal expression of C/EBPβ isoforms (LIP followed by LAP/LAP*) orchestrates the recovery of the hematopoietic system after stress.
