The transluminal attenuation gradient does not add diagnostic accuracy to coronary computed tomography

Transluminal attenuation gradient (TAG) measurement in coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) did not improve the accuracy of detecting coronary artery stenosis. This study found no added benefit of TAG over standard CCTA for assessing stenosis severity.
