Relationship Between Tramadol Response and Cancer Cachexia: A Retrospective Cohort Study

Cancer cachexia, a condition causing muscle loss, is linked to poor pain relief from tramadol in cancer patients. This study found cancer cachexia significantly predicts nonresponse to tramadol treatment.
