Prophylactic HPV vaccination after conization: A systematic review and meta-analysis

Human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination significantly reduces the risk of recurrent cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN 2+) after surgical treatment. This finding supports HPV vaccination as a valuable adjunct to excisional procedures for high-grade CIN 3.
