Summary

Type I interferon (T1IFN) activity predicts rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treatment response. This study reveals distinct monocyte gene expression in RA patients based on T1IFN activity, identifying potential therapeutic targets for non-responders to tumor necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi).
