Fractionated radiotherapy (FRT) shows early tumor reoxygenation and gradual proliferation inhibition. 18F-fluoromisonidazole (18F-FMISO) and 18F-fluorothymidine (18F-FLT) PET/CT effectively monitor these changes non-invasively.
