Summary
Sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma (SEF) is a distinct and aggressive sarcoma, genetically different from low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (LGFMS). SEF shows a higher rate of metastasis and poorer survival outcomes compared to LGFMS.
