Summary

Physiological intracytoplasmic sperm injection (PICSI) and magnetic-activated cell sorting (MACS) are effective for sperm selection in cases of abnormal sperm DNA fragmentation. MACS shows better outcomes in younger women (<30), while PICSI is preferred for older women.
