High-intensity interval exercise (HIIE) improves cardiovascular function, measured by flow-mediated dilation (FMD), even after acute-partial sleep deprivation. This cardioprotective effect of HIIE persists despite reduced sleep, highlighting its potential benefits for cardiovascular health.
