Is thyroid cancer prognosis affected by solid organ transplantation?

Solid organ transplantation does not significantly impact differentiated thyroid cancer survival or recurrence. Patients with a history of thyroid cancer or incidental nodules found during screening should not be excluded from transplant consideration.
