Etomidate versus Propofol for Motor Seizure Duration during Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy

Etomidate provides longer motor seizure duration and more stable hemodynamics during electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) compared to propofol. This makes etomidate a potentially useful alternative anesthetic for ECT procedures.
