Summary

Cisplatin (CDDP) chemotherapy can harm kidneys, and this study found that renin-angiotensin system (RAS) inhibitors, especially telmisartan, worsen this nephrotoxicity in mice. Blood pressure changes did not correlate with kidney damage severity.
