This case report details a rare Actinomyces oris infection following coronary artery intervention, leading to an epicardial abscess and sepsis. Prompt antibiotic treatment and surgery were crucial for patient recovery.

Background:
- Coronary artery interventions, while generally safe, carry a rare risk of stent infection, bacteremia, and sepsis.
- While Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa have been implicated in post-intervention infections, Cardiac Actinomyces infections are exceptionally uncommon.
