Obstetrical outcomes following laparoscopy during pregnancy: a retrospective case-control study

Laparoscopic surgery during pregnancy may increase the risk of cesarean delivery but does not appear to affect other pregnancy or neonatal outcomes. Perioperative factors did not predict adverse outcomes in this study.
