The COVID-19 pandemic necessitated rapid service adaptations in healthcare.
Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (CLP) services faced unique challenges in responding to the crisis.

To describe the adaptive strategies implemented by four CLP services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
To illustrate collaboration between CLP, community mental health, and Emergency Department (ED) services.
To assess the potential long-term impact of these adaptations on mental health patient care.
