Spontaneous resolution of optic pit maculopathy: an OCT report

Spontaneous resolution of optic disc pit (ODP) maculopathy is linked to vitreous separation. Spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) monitoring confirmed anatomical restoration and vision improvement without surgery.
