This case report details the first simultaneous decompressive hemicraniectomy and cesarean section performed in a pregnant patient with severe pre-eclampsia, intracerebral hemorrhage, and superior sagittal sinus thrombosis. The combined emergency procedures were critical for maternal survival and fetal protection.
