Summary

The distance from the odontoid apex to Chamberlain's line (OA-CL) and Boogard's angle (BoA) show excellent reliability for diagnosing basilar invagination (BI). Other methods like clivo-axial angle (CXA) and clivo-dens angle (CDA) offer complementary information, while clivo-palate angle (CPA) is inadequate.
