Summary

Targeting amino acid metabolism can overcome cisplatin resistance in neuroblastoma. Depleting amino acids and inhibiting autophagy with hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) sensitizes neuroblastoma cells to chemotherapy, offering new therapeutic strategies.
