Paramedic streaming upon arrival in emergency department: A prospective study.

Paramedics accurately determine patient destination in emergency departments (EDs), with 86.4% concordance with nurse decisions. This high accuracy, even without full ED insight, offers a chance to improve patient flow and reduce wait times.
