Summary

This case highlights a rare presentation of fallopian tube serous carcinoma, a gynecologic malignancy, mimicking primary gastrointestinal cancer. Recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding was the key symptom in this patient with a known mismatch repair gene mutation.
