[Histologic chronology of eosinophilic migratory nodular panniculitis (gnathostomiasis)]

Twenty five patients with nodular migratory eosinophilic panniculitis (gnathostomiasis) were studied, several samples of skin were taken in different periods of evolution; and histologic criteria are established for the first time in literature. The histological picture was different and changed according to the day the biopsy was taken. Three parasites were recovered from the skin material showing all the features of generic gnathostoma.
