Summary

High-frequency optical coherence tomography (HF-OCT) accurately predicts aneurysm occlusion after Woven EndoBridge (WEB) device implantation. Adequate WEB device deployment visualized by HF-OCT correlates with better aneurysm healing and neointimal coverage.
