New naphthyl derivatives from Aspergillus californicus

Two new naphthyl-products, calinaphthyltriol A and calinaphthalenone A, were isolated from Aspergillus californicus. These compounds exhibited moderate cytotoxicity against the HL-60 cell line but lacked antibacterial activity.
