Contamination inside CT gantry in the SARS-CoV-2 era

Severe acute respiratory syndrome 2 (SARS-CoV-2) RNA was detected in the inward airflow filter of a computed tomography (CT) scanner. Other internal CT gantry components did not contain SARS-CoV-2 RNA or microbial contamination.
