Autoimmunity Features in Patients With Non-Celiac Wheat Sensitivity

Non-celiac wheat sensitivity (NCWS) is linked to a higher prevalence of autoimmune diseases (ADs). A significant portion of NCWS patients showed positive antinuclear antibodies, suggesting a connection between NCWS and autoimmunity.
