Microvasculature in hepatocellular carcinoma: An ultrastructural study

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) microvessels exhibit unique ultrastructural changes, including increased vesicular transport in endothelial cells. These alterations in hepatocellular carcinoma vascular morphology may explain its high permeability.
